Site Engineer responsible for all setting out for groundworks and externals for new £6m delivery sorting office. Involves 60 pad foundations, 80 sets of holding down bolts, 3100m2 ground floor slab, dock leveller, retaining walls, car parking, 4400m2 PQ concrete service yard, drainage, services and new access road. Car park and access road has sub base surface water storage, in effect the car park "floats". Main Contractor was Wates Smartspace.
